Verve designs, manages, and delivers training and technical assistance (TTA) for large, national federal programs. Serving as the operational technical assistance provider for a national VA community-based grant program, Verve helps agencies and their grantees build capacity, meet federal requirements, and achieve program outcomes.

Training Delivery

Instructional Design & Curriculum Development
Evidence-based, Section 508-compliant curricula, toolkits, and learning materials for diverse audiences.
Training Administration
Learning Management System administration (including Blackboard and Canvas), registration, scheduling, course administration, assessment, and knowledge management through SharePoint and document libraries.
Event Management
Venue coordination, speaker and presenter management, registration, audiovisual support, materials development, and post-event evaluation.
Data & Systems Technical Assistance
Training grantees on data collection tools, data quality, and reporting requirements.
Evaluation & Quality Assurance
Pre- and post-training assessment, grantee satisfaction surveys, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination
Managing subject matter experts, federal program staff, and grantee networks across the U.S. and its territories.
