Rajesh Iyer

Mr. Rajesh G. Iyer is a senior Project and Program Management professional with over 25 years of experience delivering complex IT and mission-focused initiatives across the private sector and the Federal Government. His experience includes leading multi-year modernization programs, such as Air/Ground infrastructure transformation efforts, and managing all aspects of a $40M federal services contract, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement.

With more than a decade supporting federal government clients, Rajesh brings a strong understanding of government operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations, enabling him to tailor instruction to the real-world environments faced by civilian and defense employees. His training approach emphasizes practical application, using real program examples, case studies, and interactive exercises to ensure participants can immediately apply learned concepts on the job.

Rajesh holds an active PMP® certification (earned in 2020) and the Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFx) certification, a respected credential for effective facilitation, training, and coaching. During his 10-year tenure at Deloitte Consulting, he facilitated numerous Project Management Professional (PMP®) bootcamps and project management training programs, supporting hundreds of practitioners in preparing for the PMP certification examination.

He is highly experienced in delivering in-person classroom instruction for both small and large audiences, including 50+ participant sessions for technical training and new employee orientation, and is adept at meeting federal professionalism, quality, and onsite performance standards.
